Up and coming country sensation Rachael Fahim is celebrating a major career milestone this week.
Her latest single ‘Middle Ground’ has now been the #1 country song in Australia for a total of five weeks!
It’s once again sitting at the top of The Music Network’s Hot 50 official national country airplay chart this week.
‘Middle Ground’ went to #1 on Christmas Day and was cemented in the top position for four weeks, before returning to the top of the charts again this week!
“Every week I think I’m about to drop off from being #1 but we’ve pulled through AGAIN! Five weeks!!!” said Rachael Fahim to fans on social media.
“I’m so grateful for the support from Country radio and everyone who has been loving ‘Middle Ground,’ you guys are the absolute best and I feel so lucky,” she continued.
Fahim has been Australia’s most streamed female country artist for the last three years, with over 10 million streams to date, of tracks from her 2019 EP release Iconic.
‘Middle Ground’ is also now approaching half a million streams after just 2 months of release.
Fahim was recently announced as the first female solo artist signing on new label Red Dog Recordings, with Southbound and Shannon Noll also foundation label signings.
‘Middle Ground’ is the second #1 song for the new label.
